More Tips to Fight the Signs of Aging
As stated in my previous blog, you can prevent early signs of aging if you take the right precautions. Some of the precautions are very simple steps that we don't really give much thought but none the less, they are important. Here are 5 more things you can do to help stop aging:
1. Drink plenty of water. Drinking water is the best way to hydrate your skin.
2. Exfoliate your skin at least once a week. This will help to remove dead skin cells.
3. Cleanse at least twice a day. It's important to cleanse especially in the evening, in order to wash off make up and the dirt that accumulates on your skin during the day.
4. Use a moisturizing cream at night. Your body, including your skin, repairs itself while you sleep, and using a night cream will help with repairing the elasticity.
5. Use vitamin C. There are some facial products that contain vitamin C, which helps the body produce collegen. Vitamin C also protects your skin from the sun.
Keep in mind that you should use a day cream, which I mentioned in my last blog. There must be something to taking all of the above steps to prevent aging, I do these things every day. Do I look like I'm in my mid fifties?
