As we get older we experience many changes that can be somewhat frustrating. One of the frustrating changes I have experienced myself is the thinning of my hair. Over the years, I have received so many suggestions about how to thicken my hair or get it to grow, that I decided I needed to do some of my own research.
While doing my research I again found many suggestions, but decided to list five. Because the remedies are natural, there's always the chance that someone may have allergies to the some of the ingredients, so you need to be cautious in case you do have allergies. Here are five suggestions that found during my research.

While doing my research I again found many suggestions, but decided to list five. Because the remedies are natural, there's always the chance that someone may have allergies to the some of the ingredients, so you need to be cautious in case you do have allergies. Here are five suggestions that found during my research.
- Eggs have many health benefits when eaten, but you can always mix two eggs and massage it into your hair and scalp. Leave it in fo 30 minutes before rinsing out.
- Some oils are also good like Castor oil, Olive oil, Coconut oil and Grapeseed oil. Massage them into your scalp and hair also leave them in for 30 minutes.
- Orange Puree can also be used the same way, but you need to leave it in for 1 hour, before rinsing.
- Biotin has always been credited with maintaining healthy hair and skin. You can try Hair, Skin and Nail vitamins or vitamins containing Biotin.
- A scalp massage has always been touted as a good way to get your hair to grow. So try massaging your scalp before you go to bed at night. Who knows, you may even sleep better.
The suggestions above are good for anyone who wants to use natural ingredients, and if you are like me, I always prefer to use natural ingredients. You'll need to try these for more than a week. It may be months, before you notice any results. Also keep in mind any allergies you may have before use.
