Foods That Help Get Rid Of Puffy Eyes
If your online a lot, like me, then you have seen pictures of women with different types of food on their eyes. Many people probably don't think twice about the pictures, but some of the remedies actually work. Here are three that you can try at home:
Cucumbers work well when chilled. Place them in the refrigerator until they are chilled and place on the eyes. Let them sit for 15 minutes, then remove. You should see an improvement right away.
Tea Bags are also good to use when chilled. Soak the tea bags in water and put in the refrigerator until chilled. Place them on your eyes. This remedy has been used for many years, but may have been forgotten with all of the creams and other remedies available.
Avocado is one that you don't hear much about. Slice the avocados and place them under your eyes. Let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also use them for dark circles.
These are just three remedies. There are more. Try at least one of them to see if it works for you. With people getting less and less sleep these days because of the use of electronic devises with back lights, puffy eyes and dark circles are becoming more and more prevalent.
