With everything that is currently going on, life has been pretty stressful for some. Along with stress, there are other things that can negatively affect out health, like the foods we eat. For years we have heard about how high LDL (bad) cholesterol has been linked to heart disease. But there is a way to lower your bad cholesterol with certain foods.



I love the fact that the same foods tend to pop up on others list that can help improve your health, like high blood pressure or busting belly fat. Here's a list of the 10 foods:
  1. Dark Chocolate
  2. Beans
  3. Nuts
  4. Whole grains
  5. Fruit
  6. Vegetables
  7. Garlic
  8. Dark Leafy Greens
  9. Green Tea
  10. Eggplant
These are just a some of the foods that you can add to your diet to help lower cholesterol and maybe reduce your chances of heart disease. I picked foods that we eat everyday for the list, to show just how easy it can be to make changes. Some of us may already have some of them in our house already.
