5 Foods You Can Eat That Can Help Promote Hair Growth



Last week my blog was about things you could do to help thicken your hair. Most of the suggestions were topical, like massaging certain ingredients into your scalp. This blog is about things you can eat. Here are 5 foods that could help:

  1. Eggs. Eggs are high in protein and good for hair growth whether taken orally or used on the scalp.
  2. Fatty Fish. Fatty fish (Salmon) are good for many health benefits and healthy hair is one of them.
  3. Avocado. Is another food that can be eaten as well as massaged into the scalp. It's also a source of vitamin E.
  4. Beans. Beans are an excellent source of protein, which is important for healthy hair.
  5. Nuts. Nuts are an excellent source of vitamin E, which helps to promote healthy hair and growth. 

Of course there are many other foods you can eat, that could help you with hair growth. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I myself am curious about hair follicle food and have ordered some, to see how it works.
