Do Eyebrow and Eyelash Serums Really Work?
Written by: Crystal Foster
The more I've dealt with this issue of almost invisible eyebrows, the more I realized that so many women are dealing with this problem. I have this problem as an after effect of chemotherapy. Some women have them as a result of over plucking or over waxing. I started to do some research to find solutions, in which I found multiple answers, such as foods you can eat or eyebrows serums.
I decided to look at the effectiveness of the serums, and here's what I found. The serums have been effective in some cases. There are women who have used the serums and have seen fuller eyebrows, usually in 30 or more days.
There are certain ingredients that were recommended and that you need to look for in the serums. Look for ingredients such as Peptides, Hyaluronic acid, Biotin and Panthenol. These are just some of many that you will find in various serums.
There are also various instructions concerning the use of the products, depending on the serum. Some you may only use at night, while others you use in the morning and evening. The one that I use, suggest both morning and evening.
I also saw some suggestions of using a brush to work the serum into the skin. They supposedly work more effectively that way. Another thing I've heard repeatedly is that once the brows start to fill in, you'll need to continue to use the serums. If you stop, then your eyebrows may go back to how they were before using the serum.
I myself have started using a serum and a follicle food. It's too early to show any results, because I just started using both. I will try to give an update after 30 days, and I hope they are positive. Of course you could try some products and come up with your own results. If you have had positive results, then let me know about them.
