5 Healthy Snacks To Eat While We're Stuck In The House

 Right now, many of us are stuck in the house and surrounded by snacks. If you're anything like me, and trying to lose weight or trying to not regain some pounds, then this makes things difficult. So, I decided to look up some healthy alternatives for snacks.

Here is a list of 5 snacks that could help you keep the pounds off.
  1. Nuts
  2. Apples and Peanut Butter 
  3. Celery with Peanut Butter and Raisins 
  4. Dark Chocolate - At least 70% Cacao 
  5. Cucumbers and Hummus 

Of course there are more, like baked fruit and vegetable chips. They can at least help you with cravings for something sweet or crunchy, while also providing protein. I hope this list is helpful. Enjoy your healthy snacking. Bon appetit.
